Restoring Tooth Visibility, Bite Balance & Facial Harmony

This patient came to us with a very common but often overlooked problem: the upper teeth were barely visible during speech and smiling. This created an aged appearance, reduced smile expression, and contributed to bite imbalance and mild facial asymmetry. During our detailed clinical and digital assessment, we identified three key issues: Insufficient tooth display at rest, during speech, and while smiling. Incorrect bite relationship, affecting function and aesthetics. Subtle facial asymmetry linked to tooth position and occlusal support.

To address all of these together, we designed a full-smile rehabilitation using 26 units of ultra-thin porcelain veneers. Treatment Highlights: Increased incisal visibility for a youthful, natural smile. Re-balanced the bite for improved function and long-term stability. Enhanced facial harmony by carefully adjusting tooth length, position and proportions. Designed a natural white aesthetic, tailored to the patient’s facial features. Minimally invasive veneer preparation technique for maximum enamel preservation.

Outcome: We transformed a low-visibility, collapsed smile into a bright, balanced and expressive smile that supports both facial aesthetics and functional bite comfort. The patient now shows a confident, natural smile with proper tooth display—exactly the way a healthy smile should look.
